Aunque probablemente es una exageraci\u00f3n, no le faltaba algo de raz\u00f3n: en realidad los terapeutas no curamos, sino que son los propios pacientes los que, asumiendo la responsabilidad sobre su vida, aprenden de s\u00ed mismos y se curan. Lo importante es acompa\u00f1arlos en el proceso de curaci\u00f3n y de crecimiento personal con todos los medios a nuestro alcance, a ser posible con una metodolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>En realidad, estoy convencida de que la <strong>enfermedad es un gran medio de aprendizaje para todos nosotros<\/strong>. Siempre digo que no hay que tener miedo a la enfermedad, pues siempre nos muestra el potencial que llevamos dentro. De hecho, a trav\u00e9s de la enfermedad (o, de forma m\u00e1s general, del \u201cmalestar\u201d) se abre el camino y se adquiere la luz para reconocernos a nosotros mismos. Si aprendemos de ella, averiguaremos lo que hay en nuestro interior.<\/p>\n<p>Mi objetivo, como os digo, no es curar a las personas, sino ayudarlas a que se escuchen, a que tomen consciencia de qu\u00e9 les sucede y por qu\u00e9 y a que aprendan a alejar de ellas la enfermedad. Para eso les ense\u00f1o un m\u00e9todo de limpieza interior que lo que hace, m\u00e1s que curar, es <strong>limpiar y reforzar el organismo<\/strong> para que est\u00e9 mejor preparado ante cualquier amenaza o eventualidad, externa o interna. <strong>Les ense\u00f1o, en definitiva, a prevenir<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por tanto, es importante:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tomar conciencia de la situaci\u00f3n en qu\u00e9 est\u00e1s<\/li>\n<li>Eliminar todo lo t\u00f3xico que te rodea<\/li>\n<li>Cambiar los h\u00e1bitos adquiridos a lo largo de la vida<\/li>\n<li>Encontrar tu verdadero camino<\/li>\n<li>Ser consciente de lo que realmente quieres<\/li>\n<li>Aprender a ser t\u00fa mismo o t\u00fa misma<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQuieres que te acompa\u00f1emos en este proceso?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Leonor Mart\u00edn Monge<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dej\u00f3 escrito Voltaire que \u201cel arte de la medicina consiste en entretener al paciente mientras la naturaleza cura la enfermedad\u201d.
